Great question. With one fair, fixed fee, you’ll get everything you need to sell your home — a valuation, an eye-catching listing on Rightmove and Zoopla, an app to message buyers directly, and, of course, support every step of the way.  

You can add optional extras, such as hosted viewings. And, when you instruct us, we’ll tell you exactly how much is owed – and that fixed fee won’t change. We think estate agents should tell you what you’re actually paying for. (It just makes sense, doesn’t it?) 

You can book a valuation online – in-person or virtually – it only takes a few clicks. Alternatively, you get an online valuation in minutes if you prefer.

That depends on what package you choose. We have one fair, fixed fee, and you can choose when you pay – either upfront, spread the cost, or pay on completion. 

If you want to pay upfront or add on any extras, you’ll have the option to pay when you instruct or pay in 3 instalments with Klarna. Your agent can talk you through your options. 

If you are selling a property then the Purplebricks for sale board is included in the price (including the delivery and erection of the board). If you require a replacement board or would like one for your rental property, the cost is £60 plus VAT.
